Short answers about how I work. These describe my own workflow and are not clinical, legal or professional advice.

How should social service managers use AI?

I can only speak to how I use it. I keep AI to draft-only operations work such as inbox drafts, scheduling checks and research briefs. I keep identifying detail out of the tools, and I approve everything before it is sent or posted.
