Why I started this
I want to show, plainly, how I use AI without losing accountability, privacy or care. What I share here comes from how I use bots in everyday operations: inbox triage, decision logs, research briefs and scheduling checks.
How I use bots
- Anything they write stays a draft until I approve it.
- I work from scrubbed, non-identifying examples.
- I approve anything before it is sent or posted.
