Where I use it

  • Inbox triage. A bot labels urgency and drafts a reply. I edit it, and nothing sends without my yes.
  • Scheduling checks. A bot flags conflicts, and I confirm before the calendar changes.
  • Research briefs. Public sources only, with citations checked before anything gets designed.
  • Decision-log notes. Scrubbed notes for teaching, with no identifiers.
